Yikes, Got Mold? This is from a commercial shopping center in Beverly Hills. A driver found a mold issue growing in an area that the public did not have access to that was behind one of the refrigerators that stores perishable goods. The damage was caused by either an on going leak or improper installation. SERVPRO of Malibu came in and immediately contained the area and performed emergency remediation. Because we moved fast and worked during the night hours, we were able to get this project completed in 5 days without any closures to the businesses. Like it never even happened!
