Waiting Room Water Damage

This waiting room was grossly affected when the upstairs unit had a water supply line break over a long weekend. The ceiling caved in, the carpet was saturated, furniture soaked, drywall 99% wet and unable to continue seeing patients.  The entire practice was under water and full of debris when we arrived and our crew got straight to work.                                                              1. We extracted the water and debris from the carpet and furniture.                                        2. We removed the baseboards from the perimeter                                                        3. We removed the carpet and carpet padding.  4. We placed dehumidifiers and air movers throughout the offices

Because the building was built in the early 1960's, we were unable to open any of the walls for airflow until asbestos testing was performed.
