Commercial Water Damage in Pacific Palisades

Even High Rise Buildings have water issues. This common room in a commercial highrise fell victim to a water loss from a toilet that was over stuffed and over flushed. Not a pleasant thought especially when it could have been a category 3 loss. Category 3 means contaminated water and you can only guess what the water could be contaminated with. A Toilet overflow can equal YUCK! In this case, thankfully, it was clean water meaning it was ONLY water that came out and onto the floor. We were able to save the floor and the beloved pool table that is often used.
