Narrow your search down to three cleaning services. Compare their rates. You don’t necessarily want to go with the cheapest cleaning person. Find out what you get for the estimate. Ask for references from previous clients. Find out what they use to clean homes. Do they have their own equipment or do they use yours? This can affect the price.
If you are hiring an individual and not a company do a background check. Find out if they have insurance. If you are going with a company do a search of the company to find out if they are reputable. Do they have any negative reviews online? Do they have a good rating with groups like the Better Business Bureau?
