Calm before the Storm

In the last few months, Los Angeles has been hit hard by water, wind, and freezing temperatures. Are you sure we're not on the East Coast? This has been along time coming and we really need the water but, it's been too much, too fast and the properties all over Southern California are paying the prices. 

It is calm and warm right now and the perfect time:

 - to clean your gutters, downpipes, and drains

 - Replace broken shingles and check for damage.

 - Re-apply the weather stripping and caulking to your windows and other areas where it's applied. 

 - Fix any corrosion, loose fittings and rotting or termite-affected timber

 - make sure to check your flashlights, batteries and see that they are in good working order.
