SERVPRO of Malibu, Jitka and her team are amazing. They’re an extremely professional crew, did a great job on time, and provided me with frequent and useful updates throughout the remediation process. Highly recommend them.

I made the mistake of using a more "local" mold remediation company when I first moved into my house over a year ago.  As I was doing some recent remodeling, I noticed some further mold issues and called SERVPRO this time.  

I really, really wish I had used SERVPRO for the initial work.  Jitka and her team are extremely professional, reliable, and prompt.  Her team knows their job, and they do it well.  With the more "local" company, I would get stressed out having to deal with almost managing the project as the business owner didn't have a great team on site all the time.  

With SERVPRO, I had no such issues.  They came in, scoped it out, and got started the same day.  

When they came back and reinspected, they found the moisture level wasn't down far enough to their liking, so they left the dehumidifiers and air scrubbers in for a few more days without renegotiating the contract value, so they definitely want to do right by their customers.  

These are my go-to team for anything related to mold.

They responded immediately and was able to line up a crew in the timeframe we needed. That's what I call great service.
